Shipping

Ferprad S.L. reserves the right of selecting the transportation it views as appropriate for the order.

Costs:

Shipping & handling are not included & will be charged against the clients final total invoice.

These costs are set out on the web page & will be detailed on the final invoice. Charges can be calculated by use of the charts on the web page relative to the delivery destination & the quantity of the order. Larger single orders are more economical than several smaller ones.

Overseas clients (using the Spanish postal service):
Zone A (European Union, Gibraltar, Sweden and Switzerland): 28,10 €
Zone B (Rest of Europe): 28,10 €
Zone C (Africa): 25,50 €
Zone D (America of the South, Asia and Oceania): 26,20 €
Zone E (America of the North and Center): 23,50 €

Orders from outside of Spain will be sent via the Spanish postal service (Sociedad Estatal de Correos y Telégrafos, S.A.). If you wish to use an alternative service, please contact us by email, fax or telephone & we will be happy to assist in any way we can.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
With orders that consist of more than 10 pedestals or a value greater than 600€ it will not be possible to calculate costs using the charts. Orders of this size & above are dealt with personally & a shipping & handing cost will be submitted for acceptance.

Delivery Orders :
Delivery. Orders will be despached immediately & delivery times are:
Spain: 3 to 5 working days
Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla: 3 to 5 working days
Canarias: 8 working days
Europe: 8 to 10 working days
Rest of the world: According to country

If a client has asked that an order be sent by a third party carrier Ferprad will respect that & assist in any way that we can but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused as a result of that carriers actions.
Any delay caused by a client requested third party carrier does not imply an annulment of the order nor compensation.

Returns

Products marketed on www.ferprad.com can be returned within (7) days of reception for a refund provided they are in a perfect state & returned in their original packaging. Outside of these terms we will not accept liability.
If a manufacturing fault of shipment error is found ( & only in these cases ) Ferprad S.L. will be able to authorize by electronic mail a refund.
Clients should attach a copy of this document with the return shipment & when it is received at our warehouse & reviewed by our personnel the refund can proceed or be discounted against a future purchase.
