Considering the amount of work involved half the value of the order will need to be paid in advance. This payment will be by whatever means you choose with the exception of credit cards since this programme generates a full invoice for the total purchase price. The remaining payment will be paid cash on delivery when the work has been completed (approximately 30-45 days) The orders for painted figures will always be sent insured by the transport agency.
Should you need to make a claim for damages or losses of merchandise while in transit the claim will need to be made within 12 hours of the customer receiving the goods. For the validation of the insurance it is obligatory that after the receipt of the goods the following instructions adhered to:
You must carefully check the goods for damaged or missing items.
Check on the delivery note that the goods are all there, if any of the items are damaged or missing, write a note on the deliver note saying that the items are missing or damaged, giving details.
Please, contact FERPRAD S.L., within 12 hours to receive instructions, but don’t send the figure back to us without it first being inspected by an expert from the insurance company. Do not try to rectify the problem yourself. The insurance will become invalid if you communicate with us after 12 hours or the goods are returned to us without being inspected by the insurance company expert.
FERPRAD S.L. doesn’t guarantee the merchandise if theses terms aren’t adhered to.

To speed up the shipment of their order a client should send us the voucher of their bank transfer by email to ferprad@ferprad.com or by fax to (0034) 966081367.
It is important to include the order number when carrying out the bank transfer so that the individual order can be identified.
Orders from outside of Spain will become void after 7 days if not confirmed in this way.

Cash on Delivery: (Only for Spain)
Receipt at designated address. Effective payment needs to be made to the transport agent or post office employee.

Clients should go to the nearest courier of mail & make out a money order to name of our company: Ferprad S.L.

Credit Card:
If the client chooses this method of payment they can enter the requested information on our web page.
Architects bank guarantees them absolute security, their data will be encrypted thanks to SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Provided by this bank.
Data from your transaction is not entered on any data base but is transferred directly to the TPV (terminal point of sale).
As soon as Ferprad S.L. receives the data the order will be confirmed.
