2. Prices & descriptions
The prices of the services or products shown at www.ferprad.com do not include IVA (VAT. Value added tax) which will be charged at 18% if the purchase is carried out in Spain or the Balaeres.
If the transaction is takes place between European Union countries it will also include 18% IVA.
If you are a company located inside the EU, send your IVA (VAT) number and we will invoice your order without this tax.
For orders from the Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla & the rest of the world IVA (VAT) will not be billed.
Shipping & handling charges are not a part of the price & will be detailed separately on the invoice.
3. Guarantees
All our products carry a two (2) year guarantee, as established in law 23/2003 of guarantee in the sale of consumer goods.
Explicitly outside the guarantee is damage caused by misuse or incorrect use or any form of treatment that a reasonable person would recognise as being potentially damaging.
If a production defect is detected any time during the first seven days after receipt we will replace the product with another in perfect condition & will assume the costs derived from this. Refunds. will not be given beyond the period of seven days.

6.2 The offers are clearly marked & identified & their term of validity is effective so long as they remain on the screen. It is possible that the offers could be modified or cancelled without prior notice.
6.3 The civil responsibility of www.ferprad.com for any given product is limited to the amount of it’s own value & the user gives up any claim for responsibility for more in the event of dissatisfaction in the product acquired from this web page.
6.4 The company Ferprad S.L. will not be forced to reimburse the user or any third party for the consequences of the use of it’s products, be they direct or indirect damages, cause an accident to suffered by people, damages to machines &/or materials, damages to goods unrelated to the product & losses of benefits.

Ferprad S.L. will modify the general conditions & where possible give advance notification to clients with the purpose of improving products & services offered through www.ferprad.com.
8. Applicable legislation & competent jurisdiction
The present general conditions will govern & they will be interpreted relative to the Laws of Spain. Any relative litigation to the interpretation or execution of these general conditions of sale will be exclusive competition of the Tribunals of Alicante (Spain).
